1. Welcome to Jeemem

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jeemem website/app and the at-home salon services we provide. By browsing our website, creating an account, or booking a service package, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we kindly ask that you do not use our services.

2. About Our Service

Jeemem is an online platform for booking at-home salon services. Here’s how it works, in short:

  • We display service packages on our website/app.
  • You browse, select, and book a package online.
  • Jeemem assigns a trained Beauty Executive, who travels to your home — typically arriving within 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on distance.
  • The Executive performs the selected service at your home.

3. Eligibility

To use Jeemem’s services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or book on behalf of a person who has given consent for the service.
  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking (name, address, contact number, etc.).
  • Have a valid means of payment for completing your booking.

4. Account Registration

  • You may need to create an account or provide contact details to book a service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details and account information confidential.
  • Jeemem is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are made by selecting a service package and completing payment through our website/app.
  • Prices for packages are displayed clearly before checkout and may be updated from time to time.
  • Payments are processed through secure, trusted payment partners. Jeemem does not store your card or banking details directly.
  • A successful payment confirms your booking, subject to availability of a Beauty Executive in your area.

6. Service Deliver

  • Once your booking is confirmed, Jeemem assigns the nearest available Beauty Executive.
  • Estimated arrival time is 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your distance from our nearest service point. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • The Executive will perform the service(s) included in your selected package, using professional tools and products.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Our detailed rules on cancelling, rescheduling, and refunds are covered in our dedicated policy pages:

  • Return & Cancellation Policy — explains when you can cancel and how rescheduling works.
  • Refund Policy — explains refund eligibility, timelines, and conveyance charges.

In short:

  • You may cancel for free before the Beauty Executive reaches your home.
  • Once the Executive arrives, cancellation is not possible, but you may reschedule.
  • Conveyance (travel) charges are included one-time per package, based on package value and distance. Rescheduling after the Executive has already visited once may involve a fresh conveyance charge for the next visit.

By booking with Jeemem, you agree to these linked policies as part of these Terms.

8. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and safe service, you agree to:

  • Provide an accurate address and accessible location for the Beauty Executive.
  • Be present and available at the scheduled time, or communicate in advance if you need to reschedule.
  • Disclose any relevant skin/health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the service, so the Beauty Executive can take appropriate precautions.
  • Provide a safe, hygienic, and appropriate space at your home for the service to be performed.
  • Treat our Beauty Executives with courtesy and respect.

Jeemem reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if these responsibilities are not met, or if the environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.

9. Beauty Executive Conduct

  • All Jeemem Beauty Executives are trained professionals expected to maintain hygiene, punctuality, and professionalism.
  • If you experience any issue with the conduct or service quality of an Executive, please report it to our support team within 24 hours so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Prohibited Conduct

While using Jeemem, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during booking.
  • Misuse the platform (e.g., placing fake bookings, abusing cancellation/refund policies repeatedly).
  • Behave inappropriately, abusively, or unsafely toward our Beauty Executives or staff.
  • Use our website/app for any unlawful purpose.

Jeemem reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jeemem website/app — including our name, logo, tagline (“Beauty at Your Doorstep”), package descriptions, design, and graphics — is the property of Jeemem and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Jeemem strives to deliver consistent, professional service, but we do not guarantee specific cosmetic outcomes, as results can vary based on individual skin/hair type and conditions.
  • Jeemem is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g., traffic, weather, customer unavailability).
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeemem’s liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jeemem, its staff, and Beauty Executives harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or provision of inaccurate information at the time of booking.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website/app may use third-party services (such as payment gateways, SMS providers, or mapping/location services) to facilitate bookings. Jeemem is not responsible for the practices or performance of these third-party providers, though we choose partners that meet reasonable standards of security and reliability.

15. Privacy

Your use of Jeemem is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

16. Changes to These Terms

Jeemem may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our website/app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
