1. Why This Policy Looks a Little Different
Jeemem is an at-home salon service — we don’t ship products to your doorstep, we send a trained Beauty Executive to perform your chosen service in person. Because of this, our “Return Policy” works a little differently from a typical online store. Instead of returning an item, this page explains how cancelling or changing your service booking works, at every stage of your order.
2. How Your Booking Journey Work
- You browse our service packages on the Jeemem website.
- You select a package and book it online.
- Jeemem assigns a Beauty Executive, who travels to your home, usually arriving within 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the distance from our nearest service point.
- The Executive performs the service at your home.
Your cancellation options change depending on which of these stages you’re at — explained below.
3. Stage 1: Before the Beauty Executive Reaches Your Home
✅ Free cancellation, anytime.
- You can cancel your booking at any point after placing the order, as long as the Beauty Executive has not yet reached your location — even if they are already on the way.
- No cancellation fee applies at this stage.
- Cancelling here makes you eligible for a full refund under our [Refund Policy].
How to cancel at this stage:
- Go to “My Orders” on the Jeemem website/app → select the booking → tap Cancel.
- Or contact our support team with your Order ID (see Section 6).
4. Stage 2: After the Beauty Executive Reaches Your Home
❌ Cancellation is no longer possible at this stage.
Once our Executive has physically arrived at your doorstep, the booking cannot be cancelled. This is because the trip and the Executive’s time have already been committed to your service, and reversing it isn’t possible the way cancelling a digital order is.
But you’re not without options — read on.
5. Changing Your Schedule (Rescheduling)
If the Beauty Executive has already arrived but you’re unable to go ahead with the appointment right then, you can reschedule instead of cancelling.
- Your booking and payment stay valid — you simply pick a new date/time.
- This gives you flexibility without losing your payment.
⚠️ Important: Conveyance Cost on Rescheduling
Every Jeemem package includes one free, one-time conveyance (travel) allowance, sized according to your package value (e.g., a ₹1,000 package covers travel up to 10 km — see our Refund Policy page for the full distance chart).
This free allowance covers one trip only. If you reschedule after the Executive has already made the first trip to your home:
- That free conveyance has already been used for the visit that already happened.
- The Executive’s second visit (for the rescheduled date) will involve a fresh conveyance charge, which you will need to bear.
We recommend confirming your availability before booking, or rescheduling as early as possible, to avoid this extra cost.
6. Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
