1. Overview
This page explains when you’re eligible for a refund, how conveyance (travel) charges factor into that, and how long refunds take once approved. We’ve kept it simple and table-based so you can quickly find your situation.

2. When You ARE Eligible for a Refund

3. When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund

4. Conveyance (Travel) Charges — How They Affect Your Refund
Each Jeemem package includes a free, one-time conveyance allowance, which scales with your package value. This means the higher your package amount, the further we can travel to you for free.
4.1 Sample Distance Slabs
(Sample structure based on the ₹1,000 → 10 km example — please confirm/adjust to your final pricing.)

4.2 If You Live Beyond the Free Distance
- If your home is farther than your package’s free distance, extra conveyance charges apply, shown to you clearly before final booking confirmation — no surprise costs.
- This extra conveyance amount is not refundable once the Executive has made the trip, since it directly covers travel that has already taken place.
4.3 One-Time Use Only
- The free conveyance covers one visit per booking.
- If a second visit is needed (for example, because you rescheduled after the Executive already reached you once), that second visit’s conveyance is chargeable and not refundable, since it reflects a real trip made by our staff.
5. Refunds for Service Quality Issues
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the service you received:
- Report it within 24 hours of the service being completed.
- Our support team will review the issue, which may include checking in with the Beauty Executive.
- Depending on the outcome, Jeemem may offer:
- A free re-service, or
- A partial or full refund, at our discretion.
Complaints raised after a long delay are difficult to verify fairly, so we encourage prompt reporting.
6. Refund Timeline & Mode
- All approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, wallet, etc.).
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider’s processing time.
- You’ll get a confirmation message or email as soon as your refund is initiated.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Go to “My Orders” on the Jeemem website/app → select your booking → choose Cancel (if eligible) or Raise an Issue.
